All screenwriting services include a final grade by our staff of "pass," "consider," or "recommend," based on our overall assessment of the screenplay.  If your material receives a "recommend," with your approval we will attempt to help you find a Hollywood agent by submitting your screenplay free of charge to five literary agencies where we have well-established contacts.

****Submissions may be done electronically in MS Word (PC), Final Draft (PC), or rich-text format.  We charge 5 cents per page for printing (less than what it would cost to print and mail).  We begin our work when your payment is mailed to us. 

While this is only a generic overview, screenplays will be analyzed across many facets of screenwriting, including:

  1. Premise / Marketability:    
    Viability in the present marketplace, originality of initial conceit, comparison to similar films/competitive projects. 

  2. Story:   
    Overall quality of theme, tone, and writing style as it relates to conflict, drama, and action.   

  3. Storyline / Plot / Structure: :    
    Specific assessment relating to theme,  pace/rhythm/balance, transitions, scene construction, act breaks, plot/subplots, logic, action/momentum, story holes, redundancies. 

  4. Dialogue: 
    Originality, uniqueness/freshness, intelligence/depth, economy, consistency within characters, variation between characters.  

  5. Characterizations: 
    Style, idiosyncrasies, believability, consistency, motivations, growth/character arcs, dimensionality/depth, relationship dynamics/interplay.
